Shipping

• Processing Time: All items are handmade with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. (Custom or bulk orders may take longer — I’ll communicate with you directly if extra time is needed.)
• Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.
• Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
• International Shipping: Yes! I ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees, taxes, or duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is custom and handmade, all sales are final.

• Please double-check your order details (spelling, sizing, colors, etc.) before completing your purchase.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to my mistake, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll be happy to make it right.

Additional Notes

• Meloscreations is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once handed to the carrier.
• If you need your order by a specific date (like for an event), please let me know before ordering so I can confirm if it’s possible.
